Data Deletion Requests
Ouxa is designed to work without a required account. Most learning data stays on your device, including XP, streaks, hearts, selected lessons, tutor history, local model settings, and recovery data.
You can delete local Ouxa data by using the in-app reset tools where available, uninstalling Ouxa, or clearing Ouxa app data in your device settings.
To request help with data deletion or privacy questions, email contact@oceanbennett.com with the subject "Ouxa Data Deletion Request". Include the store platform you use, such as Google Play or Apple App Store, and any relevant purchase-support context.
Purchase records, receipts, and transaction identifiers are processed by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat for purchase validation, restoration, fraud prevention, and support. Some purchase records may be retained by those providers as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, refund, and store-policy reasons.
Before You Email
- For purchase issues, try Restore Purchases in the app first.
- For local model issues, confirm the model finished downloading and is selected in Models.
- For progress recovery, use the Profile recovery export/import tools if available.
- Include your device model, OS version, and app version when reporting a bug.
