Educational Use

Ouxa provides programming lessons, practice prompts, quizzes, and tutor-style hints for educational purposes. Ouxa does not guarantee employment outcomes, exam results, production correctness, or professional certification.

Accounts And Local Data

Ouxa is designed to work without a required account. Most learning progress and settings are stored on your device. If you delete the app or clear app data, local progress may be lost unless you created a recovery export or the app provides another recovery option.

Purchases

Ouxa may offer optional one-time in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchase prices and availability may vary by region, taxes, exchange rates, and store settings.

Purchases are processed by the app stores and may be validated through RevenueCat. Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled through the store where the purchase was made unless required otherwise by law.

Free And Paid Content

Foundations content is intended to remain useful without payment. Paid unlocks may provide convenience, deeper Mastery lessons, projects, infinite hearts, or broader curriculum access. Ouxa may change lesson organization, content packaging, or feature names over time.

AI Tutor And Model Downloads

Ouxa may include deterministic tutor hints, optional on-device model inference, and optional model downloads. AI-generated or algorithmic hints can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing code and technical advice before using it in real projects.

Optional model files may be hosted by third parties or a curated Ouxa-controlled manifest. Model availability, licenses, file size, speed, and device compatibility can vary.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Ouxa to violate laws, bypass store systems, attack services, redistribute paid content without permission, reverse engineer protected services except where allowed by law, or interfere with the app's normal operation.

Intellectual Property

Ouxa's app, curriculum, branding, text, interface, and related materials are owned by Ocean Bennett or licensed to Ouxa. You may use Ouxa for personal learning, but these terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or redistribute the app or paid curriculum.

Third-Party Services

Ouxa may rely on Apple, Google, RevenueCat, static hosting providers, and public model hosts. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers

Ouxa is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ocean Bennett is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to use of Ouxa.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Ouxa changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
